Fees and Packages

Option 1
Individual Sessions (55 minutes) – $207.00 (GST inclusive)

Individual sessions may include (but are not limited to):

• Meetings with parents/caregivers to assess and address the child’s or family’s needs

• Coaching for parents and caregivers, offering support, guidance, and a fresh perspective on challenges

• One-on-one sessions with children or young people, based on the agreed-upon plan with parents

• Time for parents to reflect on and discuss their experience of parenting a child with a disability

• Participation in school or agency meetings as needed

• Development of resources, developing plans, or drafting letters

Option 2
Assessment, Written Plan & Coaching Package - $1800.00 (GST inclusive)

Included in the set fee:

• Up to four 1-hour sessions (in-person or online), including an initial parent interview, child/young person assessments, and any school or agency consultations

• Four x weekly 30-minute follow-up calls or online sessions to support implementation of the plan

• A written summary of the plan, plus relevant resources

Additional sessions can be arranged if required.

Option 3
Assessment, Written Plan & Coaching Package - $2500.00 (GST inclusive)

Included in the set fee:

• Up to six 1-hour sessions (in-person or online), including an initial parent interview, child/young person assessments, and any school or agency consultations

• Six x weekly 30-minute follow-up calls or online sessions to support implementation of the plan

• A written summary of the plan, plus relevant resources

Additional sessions can be arranged if required.

Option 4
Written Assessment Report (Available Upon Request) – $1200.00 (GST inclusive)

Clients may request a Written Assessment Report as an addition to any package for $1200.00 (GST inclusive). This report includes a summary of assessment findings, key insights, and practical recommendations to support the child or young person in both home and other relevant settings.

Payment of Fees

1. Clients will be invoiced based on the agreed payment option. Payments can be made by cash or internet banking and must be received by the due date unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.

2. Payment plans are available for Options 2, 3, and 4.

3. Individual sessions (Option 1) must be paid on the day of the session, or upon receipt of the invoice.

4. Assessment Summaries and Plans are not released until accounts are settled.
