“Rose has supported children and their whānau at our kura over the past few years. Her perfect mix of empathy and a no-nonsense approach has meant children and families are soon equipped to move forward. She builds a connection with the people she works with that is empowering as she focuses on the strengths that individuals have to offer. Rose has helped review and develop behaviour systems at the school. These have ensured that teachers have clear and consistent expectations for behaviour and a practical plan to achieve these. We have loved working with Rose and know she has made a difference for learners in our school.
